Having been in the customer service business for most of my 30 plus year career, I know just how difficult it can be to provide great service on a consistent basis.  With harder econimic times, like those we are in now, the challenges faced by a small business can be overwhelming and customer service can sometimes take a turn for the worst.

We just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how pleased we are with the carpet installation at our property.  As you know we were out of town the day the carpet was installed and therefore, members of our staff dealt with your crew.

Upon our return, we were impressed with the work at first glance.  The tear out was done exceptionally.  There are no marks or blemishes on the wall or surrounding trim board.  The old carpet and padding were removed and not a trace was left for us to clean up.  In fact, we are confident that you must have vacuumed prior to leaving as we have never had carpet installed and look so nice when the installers left.  Very impressive and very much appreciated.
